TEEMA is partnering with a leading provider of autism and behavioral health services to hire dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Southern California. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable and growing organization offering support, professional development, and leadership pathways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) and functional behavior assessments (FBA)

  • Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and educational staff

  • Monitor progress, update goals, and ensure quality care standards are met

Qualifications:
