- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing.
- Must be a current LBA or LaBA for the state of Virginia
- Must have experience providing telehealth supervision and feedback (6-12 months)
- Must reside in VA, NC, WV, TN, OH, NJ or KY or surrounding state
- Must be available to attend in-person trainings such as New Employee Orientation (one-time), and Behavior Management Training (yearly)
