Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in the United States, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The LCSW will be responsible for providing social work services, including medical social work, case management, and mental health support. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work
• Experience in Case Management
• Strong background in Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
• A valid LCSW license in the state of practice
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
