Job Title: Director of Clinical Services (BCBA Required)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our Behavior Department and support our team of BCBAs and RBTs.
Position Summary
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing Full Scope Behavioral Intervention Services and ensuring clinical excellence across our programs. This role involves direct supervision of BCBAs, program development, and collaboration with internal teams and Regional Center partners. The Clinical Director plays a key leadership role in shaping service delivery, maintaining ethical standards, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support BCBAs and RBTs in service delivery.
- Lead clinical oversight of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all Regional Center and vendor requirements.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Develop protocols and materials to support treatment plans and interventions.
- Review and approve clinical documentation for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with caregivers, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage departmental operations, including staffing, payroll input, and documentation review.
- Provide or delegate clinical consultations as needed.
- Oversee data collection systems and ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
- Lead monthly ABA trainings and mentor staff in behavior strategies and interventions.
- Communicate departmental needs and updates to Inclusions Services leadership and relevant departments.
- Maintain communication with Regional Centers and support report submissions.
- Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBA candidates when applicable.
- Remain accessible via company-provided phone for emergency consultations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum 3 year of management experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CPR/First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Institute (N-CPI) certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Criminal background clearance, TB screening, and child abuse index check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must complete 32 CEUs every two years to maintain BCBA certification.

- Knowledge of Regional Center operations and compliance procedures.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Experience supervising RBTs and BCBA candidates.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and professional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour
