Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule service appointments
• Follow up with existing service customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assist with recall outreach, maintenance reminders, and declined service follow-up
• Provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer interaction
• Collaborate with service advisors and managers to meet department goals
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a call center, service BDC, or dealership setting is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up
