We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team at International Therapy Solutions. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and effective therapeutic interventions to clients facing various mental health challenges. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• This position is specific to a art therapist
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
• Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor is preferred.
• Experience working with children and families is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities including behavioral therapy and grief interventions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
