Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team at International Therapy Solutions. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and effective therapeutic interventions to clients facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their mental wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- This position is specific to a art therapist
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
- Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor is preferred.
- Experience working with children and families is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities including behavioral therapy and grief interventions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $75,976.94 - $91,499.11 per year
