Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to families and caregivers.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to children in various settings.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in the implementation of behavior strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and interventions.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral therapy.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,373.00 - $97,166.00 per year
