Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to families and caregivers.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
Provide direct behavioral therapy to children in various settings.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in the implementation of behavior strategies.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and interventions.
Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
Knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology is preferred.
Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral therapy.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
