High Focus Centers, a trusted leader in behavioral healthcare, is seeking a full-time Art Therapist to join our expanding team in the Greater Philadelphia region. This position supports multiple outpatient location and requires regular travel between sites.
High Focus Centers has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality outpatient care in southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. With a focus on individualized treatment plans, our programs serve adults and adolescents struggling with mental health, substance use, and eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and group art therapy sessions using expressive and trauma-informed approaches
- Prepare materials and therapeutic environments for sessions
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support treatment goals in a multidisciplinary setting
- Evaluate clients’ emotional and behavioral needs and contribute to treatment planning
- Complete documentation in a timely and collaborative manner with primary therapists
- Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews to discuss client progress
- Attend required trainings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and ethical environment, including crisis intervention when necessary
- Travel between locations in Philadelphia and Greater Philadelphia.
- Support quality assurance efforts and help ensure successful program outcomes
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical excellence
- Master’s degree in Art Therapy required
- ATR or ATR-BC certification required
- LPC or LCSW preferred, but not required
- Certification in Trauma-Informed Art Therapy or Expressive Arts Therapy preferred
- Strong understanding of mental health, substance use, eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions
- Experience with expressive arts interventions across diverse populations
- Ability to travel between program sites in the Greater Philadelphia region
