What You'll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting (with occasional home sessions)

• Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA to help clients meet developmental goals

• Track client progress using data collection tools

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and families to ensure well-rounded support

• Create fun, engaging learning experiences that promote skill-building and confidence

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, or Catalyst) is a plus

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/BLS certification

• TRICARE provider certification
