Summary

We are hiring a part-time, in-clinic Talent Acquisition Partner to support our fast-growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization. This is a unique role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and identifying top clinical talent. You’ll work part-time on-site at one of our DFW clinics, building local relationships and connecting with potential BCBAs, Assistant Clinical Directors (ACDs), Clinical Directors (CDs), and Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs). Once you've sourced and vetted strong candidates, you’ll transition them to our People Operations Manager and clinic leaders for interviews and hiring.

Must be based in DFW and have the ability to work from one of our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services as a BCBA in one of Galliant’s DFW clinics
• Utilize BACB registry, job fairs, university career services, online postings, social media and conference attendee directories; maintain real-time talent maps for every clinic
• Craft personalized messages, run nurture campaigns, conduct initial interest calls, and verify licensure/credential fit before passing leads to hiring teams
• Represent Galliant at local ABA conferences (travel reimbursed) and host occasional virtual info sessions to build relationships with potential talent and boost community engagement
• Update our Applicant Tracking System with lead status and produce weekly snapshots of sourcing volume, response rates, and conversions to interview
• Bill 20 hours per week

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Based locally and able to work part-time in one of Galliant’s DFW clinics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with talent sourcing and/or clinical supervision is a plus
• Familiarity with ABA industry trends and credentialing requirements

Compensation:

$60,000 per year plus uncapped commission structure based on hiring CBAs, ACDs, CDs, and RCDs
