What You’ll Actually Do

• Conduct assessments that go deeper than checkbox forms
• Design and supervise behavior intervention plans that are human-first, data-informed, and culturally sensitive
• Lead teams of RBTs with empathy and joy
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals like the brilliant behavior detective you are
• Stay up to date without staying up all night
