Licensed Master Social Worker position in New Rochelle, NY, requiring a NYS license and at least 2 years of clinical experience in a medical facility, preferably a nursing home.

Responsibilities include participating in nursing home surveys and complaint investigations, addressing abuse and neglect allegations, and performing surveillance activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Produce documentation, draft Statements of Deficiencies, and assess compliance with correction plans within specified timeframes.

Complete data entry, participate in state monitoring, attend meetings, testify in hearings, and adhere to DOH and agency policies.

Position offers a salary of $39/hr, mileage reimbursement, full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm), with a temporary to permanent opportunity.
The role involves travel to onsite locations and requires flexibility and adherence to regulatory procedures.
