    Salary: 2025-2026 Salary Schedule $51,007- $90,538 (based on years of experience and education)

    Retirement Contribution: Greater Albany School participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP) on behalf of its employees. Upon eligibility, the district contributes 6% of an employee’s salary to their Individual Account Program (IAP). Eligibility is defined as working at least six full calendar months in a qualifying position. Part-time employees working at least six months and 600 hours in a calendar year will qualify.

    Position Description:

    Under the general supervision of the school administrators, to provide students, parents, administrators, and other teaching staff with information on career and or educational opportunities; administer and interpret career assessment tools; and assist students in developing educational and occupational goals and plans. To assist students in addressing social, emotional and mental health needs. Work with students and families to access community resources necessary for the success of students.
