Our Registered Behavior Technician collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care. Registered Behavior Technician Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-530pm

Our Registered Behavior Technicians focus on the following interventions:

Applied Behavior Science

Compassionate Care

Behavior Modification and Management

Supervision with team of BCBAs

Family and Team Collaboration and Education

Registered Behavior Technician Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

BACB RBT certification required

Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus

Blue Bird Day is an intensive therapy program for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. Our therapies are offered in a preschool-like setting, but instead of teachers, our "classes" are run by therapists. Our collaborative team provides occupational, physical, speech, developmental, ABA, and other therapies to help our clients reach their unique goals. We have locations in Chicago's West Loop and Northcenter neighborhoods and in Wheaton, and we're growing!
