Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Master Social Worker at The Growing Minds Collective. The role involves providing support to young people through various challenges like depression, anxiety, and trauma. The position is based in Bridgeport, CT, with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
• Knowledge of mental health practices and interventions
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach
• License as a Master Social Worker in the state of Connecticut
• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Bilingual a plus
