Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 with full benefitsYour Role Includes:

Performing thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methods.
Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality and expand your professional expertise.
Educating patients and families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources to empower them.
Staying updated with the latest mental health research and applying it to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
An active LICSW license in Washington state.
At least two years of experience in psychotherapy within a clinical setting.
Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
