Role Overview

Schedule: 4 days a week within Monday through Friday
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health needs
Prescribe and manage medications
Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

Hold a valid, full PMHNP license
Local to Grayling, Michigan, area
Active MI license
Active DEA preferred but not required
Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation
