Duties can vary week to week based on needs).Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community organizationsAct as a liaison between the agency and local healthcare providers, businesses, and other key community stakeholdersDrive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and referralsConduct outreach activities to raise awareness of the agency's services within the communityProvide exceptional client support, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issuesCollaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and the highest level of care for clientsDevelop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfactionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, community resources, and competitor servicesRepresent the agency at local events, networking functions, and community meetingsTrack and report on sales goals, client feedback, and community engagement effortsPerform Quality Assurance visits with current clientsPerform Intakes and service agreement setup with new clients at their homeKnowledge and Skills RequirementsStrong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, community partners, and team membersRelationship-Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, community organizations, and healthcare providersSales and Business Development: Proven ability to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies for client acquisition and retentionClient Advocacy: Empathy and understanding of client needs, with the ability to provide effective support and solutionsProblem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and community challengesOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detailIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with personal care services and the healthcare industry, including regulations and best practicesCommunity Engagement: Knowledge of local resources, organizations, and events to effectively promote the agency’s servicesTime Management: Ability to effectively manage time and schedule to meet client and business needsTeam Collaboration: Comfortable working as part of a team and coordinating efforts to achieve company goalsJob Type: Part-timePay: $20-$24 per hour, plus performance bonusesSchedule:20 hours per week * Mon-Fri 10:00am-2:00pm
