Lexus of Watertown is looking to add a high-energy Service Appointment Coordinator to our Service Call Center / BDC Department.

Previous automotive service experience is not required, we are willing to train the right candidates! If you have experience in customer service, retail, call centers, hospitality, or sales then we encourage you to apply.

Appointment Coordinators focus on increasing service traffic to the dealer by answering inbound service calls, scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls to current clients. Applicants must be friendly, patient, and customer-focused. Outstanding communication skills and an ability to multi-task are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create appointments and actively manage service schedule

• Promptly respond to inquiries through email and text

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service experience

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, update information as needed

• Maintains strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguard Rule.

Job Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in customer service

• Automotive Experience is a plus, but not required

• Saturday availability (no Sundays required)

• Ability to work both independently and as a team

• Communicate effectively via phone, text, and email

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens
