- Performing thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methods.
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
- Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality and expand your professional expertise.
- Educating patients and families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources to empower them.
- Staying updated with the latest mental health research and applying it to improve patient outcomes.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- An active LICSW license in Washington state.
- At least two years of experience in psychotherapy within a clinical setting.
- Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
