Hayward, CAHealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor, Associate Mental Health Therapist - AMFT, APCC, ACSW working towards their LCSW, LPCC, LMFT in the state of CA for a full-time or part-time, permanent opportunity to join an established and successful outpatient Sex Offender program in Hayward, CA.If Forensic Mental Health is something you are interested in specializing in, join a team that invests in your professional development through continuous trainings and growth opportunities, while focusing on client rehabilitation and ending the cycle of offenses within the community.Mental Health Counselor (AMFT, APCC, ASW) Responsibilities:
- AMFT, APCC, ASW works FT 4;10-hour shifts, no call (or)
- AMFT, APCC, ASW working PT is scheduled for 2;10-hour shifts
- AMFT, APCC, ASW takes no call or work home after hours; work/ life balance
- AMFT, APCC, ASW provides treatment of sex offenders in 1;1 and group sessions
- AMFT, APCC, ASW provides clinical services of non-offending relatives
- AMFT, APCC, ASW has access to work with juveniles, adults, and families
- AMFT, APCC, ASW maintains program documentation as required
- AMFT, APCC, ASW represents the agency as needed in the community making presentations on program
- AMFT, APCC, ASW participates in agency clinical meetings and staff meetings
- AMFT, APCC, ASW attends training, conferences, and workshops
- AMFT, APCC, ASW becomes a CASOMB Apprentice Level within 2 weeks of start
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will provide court testimony, if needed
- AMFT, APCC, ASW are provided a 90-day training program including CASOMB, Didactic Studies, and supervision
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will have the ability to specialize in Forensics in a supportive environment
- AMFT, APCC, ASW is offered professional growth opportunities
- Master’s Degree
- BBS Registration
- Bi-lingual Spanish bonus
- Ability to provide compassionate, holistic, non-judgmental behavioral health

- Must reside commutable to 94541
- 70K-75K+ based on experience and hours of Supervision completed
- 5K bonus for bilingual Spanish
- 5K in-state relocation potential
- End of year Profit Share bonus
- 30K in Loan Forgiveness
- Unlicensed Therapist that become Licensed paid exam fee + $2,500K Bonus
