About Job
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Maintain a caseload of 20 clients and 70+ direct service hours per month
- Deliver trauma-specific and culturally competent treatment in home, school, office, and community settings
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Coordinate case management, crisis intervention, and discharge/aftercare planning
- Document services in accordance with Medi-Cal/insurance standards
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team collaboration
- Remain current with BBS regulations and continuing education requirements
- Contribute to a collaborative team supporting underserved and system-impacted populations
- Current CA license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- 2+ years experience with youth and families in clinical settings preferred
- Experience with Medi-Cal or similar community-based systems of care
- Passion for trauma recovery, family systems, and culturally grounded mental health
- Must live in a commutable distance from 95476
- $89,000 – $114,000 depending on experience
- Bilingual Spanish pay differential
