LCSW, LMFT, LPCC - Licensed Bilingual Mental Health TherapistTrauma-Informed Outpatient Services, Youth & FamiliesFull-Time, Permanent, $89,000 – $114,000 + Full Benefits + Bilingual PayNon-Profit, Mission Driven, Multidisciplinary TeamSonoma, CA – In-Person OnlyHealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a CA Licensed Bilingual Spanish Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join a respected community-based nonprofit in Sonoma, CA. This organization provides trauma-informed outpatient behavioral health services to youth, families, and adults, and is recognized for its strength-based and culturally responsive approach to care.Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Maintain a caseload of 20 clients and 70+ direct service hours per month
  • Deliver trauma-specific and culturally competent treatment in home, school, office, and community settings
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Coordinate case management, crisis intervention, and discharge/aftercare planning
  • Document services in accordance with Medi-Cal/insurance standards
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team collaboration
  • Remain current with BBS regulations and continuing education requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative team supporting underserved and system-impacted populations
Requirements:
  • Current CA license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • 2+ years experience with youth and families in clinical settings preferred
  • Experience with Medi-Cal or similar community-based systems of care
  • Passion for trauma recovery, family systems, and culturally grounded mental health
  • Must live in a commutable distance from 95476
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $89,000 – $114,000 depending on experience
  • Bilingual Spanish pay differential
