We are seeking a motivated MD to lead and oversee clinical medical services, offering opportunities for career growth while ensuring quality care and compliance with medical regulations.

Hours and Benefits for the Medical Director:

  • Competitive Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, on-site (No on-call nights or weekends!)

Responsibilities for the Medical Director:

  • Develop and implement trauma-informed strategies to enhance psychiatric care and support organizational growth.
  • Lead in-service training programs to promote professional development and skill enhancement for staff.
  • Provide on-site or telehealth coverage as needed, including consultations, prescriptions, and emergency response.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing behavioral health services.

Requirements for the Medical Director:

  • 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Active NYS Medical License from the State Board of Medical Examiners.
  • Proper credentialing for NYS OP, NYS licensure, DEA, NPI, and other relevant entities.
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine, with at least one of the following:
  • Certification by the American Society of Addiction Medicine
  • Boarded by the American Board of Addiction Medicine
