Heritage Oaks is a Medicare provider in addition to contracts with most commercial health insurance plans. Evaluations for assessment, intervention, triage and teaching shall be provided in a manner consistent with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Heritage Oaks Hospital.

Assess patients and write 5150s at Mercy Hospitals as appropriate.
Respond to the four Mercy Hospitals in Sacramento or other medical facility within one hour of being called.
Competency with Mercy Hospital’s computerized charting system, including the following additional notations.
