Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at SoaringHigh ABA, located throughout Colorado. The RBT will implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day tasks include providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders, collecting data on client progress, and maintaining accurate records. The RBT will also participate in team meetings, receive training, and collaborate with families and other professionals to support the client's goals.


Qualifications

  • Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Experience in implementing ABA treatment plans and data collection
  • Strong observational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to support individuals with developmental disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings as required
