Job Title: Field Service & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: Base Pay + Bonus Opportunities + Travel Reimbursements

Nightingale Services Inc., a fast-growing home care agency, is seeking a Field Service & Marketing Coordinator to support our community outreach, field operations, and office administration. What You’ll Do:
- Field Support & Marketing:
- Distribute outreach materials to community partners and referral sources
- Represent Nightingale Services at events, clinics, and partner locations
- Help build relationships with families, caregivers, and community agencies
- Field Coordination & Logistics:
- Deliver supplies, collect documentation, and support client intake processes
- Act as a liaison between office and field staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Administrative & Office Support:
- Scan and organize documents, assist with file management
- Help with basic data entry and phone/email communication
- Support coordination of meetings, guest visits, and scheduling tasks
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in home care/home health, marketing, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfort working in the field and in-office settings
- Valid GA driver’s license and reliable transportation
