We are hiring a BCBA to lead our new Omaha, NE center in a family-oriented environment offering comprehensive ABA services for children with developmental needs.

• $10k sign-on bonus and up to $5k relocation assistance
• Salary range: $80,000–$95,000 annually

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising staff, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality assurance, while maintaining a billable target of 30 hours/week.

• Must have a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong leadership, clinical, and operational skills required
• Physical requirements involve sitting, computer work, and occasional lifting
