About Job

  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and BCBAs on daily operations and client care
  • Manage flexible caseloads across multiple clinics, ensuring continuity of treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized programs based on assessments and client needs
  • Supervise and mentor technicians, overseeing treatment fidelity and staff development
  • Conduct client assessments, design treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, data, and reporting in compliance with policies
  • Engage families through parent training and support participation in educational meetings
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, HIPAA, and ethical standards
  • Utilize telehealth and on-site supervision, adapting to diverse settings
  • Foster professional relationships with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high organizational standards, manage multiple locations, and adjust treatment as needed
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, Michigan licensure, and relevant experience.
