- Deliver ABA therapy sessions and implement individualized behavior plans
- Accurately record and input behavioral data using an electronic device
- Participate in ABA training (covering DTT, behavior management, data collection, and child development)
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
- Receive supervision for each client you serve
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete training)
- At least 1 year of ABA experience working with children with autism
- A genuine passion for supporting children with autism
- BA in a related field or currently working toward a related degree (preferred, not required)
- Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled hours
