We’re excited to share a new Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity in Cobb County.Location: Kennesaw, GASchedule: Monday – Friday | 4:30 PM – 7:30 PMThis is a great opportunity to join Applied ABC, a mission-driven organization committed to delivering high-quality home-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism. We are currently hiring for multiple part-time positions in Gwinnett and Cobb County, GA—including this immediate opening in Kennesaw.Position Description:As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with a child with autism in their home, implementing behavioral intervention programs under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Responsibilities:

Deliver ABA therapy sessions and implement individualized behavior plans
Accurately record and input behavioral data using an electronic device
Participate in ABA training (covering DTT, behavior management, data collection, and child development)
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
Receive supervision for each client you serve

Requirements:

Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete training)
At least 1 year of ABA experience working with children with autism
A genuine passion for supporting children with autism
BA in a related field or currently working toward a related degree (preferred, not required)
Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled hours
