Highlights Healthcare is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for clinics throughout North Carolina.
- Provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy for children with autism, focusing on family-centered care and serving families with Medicaid benefits.
- Offers flexible full-time schedules, no evenings or weekends, competitive pay up to $100,000, bonuses, sign-on, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, insurance, 401K, and CEU hours.
- Supervise ABA staff, monitor intervention effectiveness, conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and lead quality improvement projects in a supportive environment.
- Requires Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, 1+ year ABA experience, reliable transportation, and proficiency with relevant software.
