Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinician, LPCC, LCSW, MFT or associate that is supervised to join our dedicated team. The LPHA- Licensed Clinician will play a crucial role in providing mental health support and counseling services to individuals in our substance and alcohol residential facility. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting well-being and facilitating positive change in the lives of clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide counseling services, focusing on gender issues, utilizing techniques such as art therapy.
- Assess residents and submit OPTOM authorizations
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed about current best practices in psychopharmacology and integrate this knowledge into treatment when appropriate.
Requirements
- A valid LPCC, LCSW, MFT license in the state of practice or be an associate approved by the BBS.
- Experience with San Diego County protocols.
- Familiarity with ASAM.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $93,914.37 - $105,090.42 per year
