Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinician, LPCC, LCSW, MFT or associate that is supervised to join our dedicated team. The LPHA- Licensed Clinician will play a crucial role in providing mental health support and counseling services to individuals in our substance and alcohol residential facility. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting well-being and facilitating positive change in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
Provide counseling services, focusing on gender issues, utilizing techniques such as art therapy.
Assess residents and submit OPTOM authorizations
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
Stay informed about current best practices in psychopharmacology and integrate this knowledge into treatment when appropriate.

Requirements

A valid LPCC, LCSW, MFT license in the state of practice or be an associate approved by the BBS.
Experience with San Diego County protocols.
Familiarity with ASAM.
Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,914.37 - $105,090.42 per year
