What You’ll Do (BCBA & BCaBA):

  • Conduct behavioral assessments (BCBA) and assist in implementing treatment plans (BCaBA).
  • Design and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Collect and analyze behavior data to evaluate effectiveness and make adjustments.
  • Train and supervise RBTs and other team members.
  • Provide parent training to support skill generalization and consistency.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure treatment continuity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA and insurance requirements.
  • Stay up to date on current ABA best practices and research.

Requirements:

  • BCBA or BCaBA Certification (in good standing with the BACB)
  • Experience working with private insurance companies and telehealth (Preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required within assigned areas)
