What You’ll Do (BCBA & BCaBA):
- Conduct behavioral assessments (BCBA) and assist in implementing treatment plans (BCaBA).
- Design and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Collect and analyze behavior data to evaluate effectiveness and make adjustments.
- Train and supervise RBTs and other team members.
- Provide parent training to support skill generalization and consistency.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure treatment continuity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA and insurance requirements.
- Stay up to date on current ABA best practices and research.
Requirements:
- BCBA or BCaBA Certification (in good standing with the BACB)
- Experience working with private insurance companies and telehealth (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required within assigned areas)
