Job Description: BCBA Clinical Director

Location: Sanford, NC

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Director to lead our clinical team in Sanford, NC. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality ABA services, manage clinical operations, and ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices. This position involves leadership, supervision, and collaboration with a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff members, as well as fostering relationships with families and community partners. We serve children on autism spectrum disorder and accept all major commercial insurances, Medicaid and Tricare.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership and Supervision

  • Oversee the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs, ensuring the delivery of effective and ethical services.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review client progress, provide clinical guidance, and promote professional growth.
  • Review and approve treatment goals, data collection systems, and progress reports.

Operations Management:

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, BACB ethical guidelines, and insurance requirements.
  • Monitor caseload distribution and support staff in maintaining a manageable and productive workload.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to evaluate and improve clinical performance.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff.

Family and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on client progress.
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills in the home and community.
  • Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and advocate for clients.

Program Development:

  • Identify opportunities for program growth and expansion in the Fayetteville area.
  • Develop specialized programs (e.g., social skills groups, school consultation) to meet the needs of the community.
  • Stay current with ABA research and implement evidence-based practices into service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in ABA, including supervisory or leadership roles.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of insurance and billing procedures is preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
