BEHAVIORAL HARMONY LTD is an ABA therapy center in Canton, Ohio and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for part-time Behavior Technicians and Therapist Assistants to assist us in our mission of “connecting the village”.

Therapist Assistant

Qualifications:

Pass a background check

Have a high school education or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Registered Behavior Technicians

Behavior Technician

Qualifications:

Pass a background check

High school diploma or higher

Acquired higher learning in one or more of the following areas: applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, childhood and adolescent disorders, developmental disabilities, or related field

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (preferred) or dedication and self-commitment to obtain an RBT certification under the direction and assistance of Behavioral Harmony's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective, direct one-on-one behavior analytic services under the direction and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record objective data consistently for behavior analytic services provided
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors, other staff, and clients
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of clients
  • Participate in on-going trainings and staff meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
