Massage Envy is under new ownership, and we're building a new culture focused on people, support, and exceptional client care. We’re hiring for our clinics in Cherry Creek, Denver, Englewood, Aurora Southwest, Parker, Southlands, Southwest Plaza, Tiffany Plaza, and Highlands Ranch.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests, check them in/out, and manage schedules using booking software
Educate clients about massage, skin care, wellness memberships, and service upgrades
Promote memberships, enhancements, and retail products
Process payments, manage memberships, and keep accurate records
Maintain front desk cleanliness and support smooth clinic operations
Collaborate with service providers to deliver a consistent 5-star client experience

Compensation:

Base Pay: $18–$20/hour based on experience
Commission: Earn additional pay for each membership and product sale
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives paid monthly
Average Total Compensation: $23–$27/hour including base + bonuses + commissions
