Looking for a smiling, empathetic, giving personality that can couple those traits with effective communication skills. We need someone who can say "No" when the time arises, but in an effective and friendly manner. Candidate will largely control, guest, and resident/member access to an exclusive gated community. Candidate must understand the need for customer service, security, confidentiality and be able to practice that knowledge while fostering a sense of community for the residents and members we serve. Some knowledge of computers and web based programs needed. Required: High School diploma or GED, Current NV Drivers License, own transportation, be willing to pass a background check. Employee benefits include paid vacation of two weeks after one year of employment, paid sick time after 90 days of employment, 13 paid holidays a year, an annual bonus and golf privileges within company/employee guidelines. Starting compensation depends on experience and shift differential is offered on top of the hourly rate.
