Join Our Team as a Full-Time Behavioral Psychologist Specializing in TBI & Concussion Recovery – Fort Myers, FL
Are you a licensed psychologist with a passion for helping patients recover from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and concussions? We’re looking for a dedicated clinician to join our collaborative, patient-centered team in Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing you to provide care both in-person and via telehealth, with flexibility, autonomy, and a deeply rewarding clinical focus.
Position Highlights:
- Competitive Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and clinical expertise

Your Impact:
This role centers around supporting patients with:
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Concussion and post-concussion syndrome
- Cognitive impairments due to head trauma
- Mood and behavioral changes associated with neurological recovery
You will play a key role in guiding patients through the psychological and cognitive challenges of brain injury recovery—helping them regain confidence, function, and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments focused on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning post-injury
- Deliver evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, ACT, mindfulness) tailored to concussion and TBI recovery
- Develop personalized treatment plans addressing memory, executive function, and emotional regulation
- Support patients and families through education, psychoeducation, and adjustment counseling
- Participate in collaborative care planning with rehab providers and medical staff
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Active Florida license (or license-eligible) to practice as a psychologist
- Experience working with TBI and/or concussion populations preferred
- Strong understanding of neurocognitive rehabilitation and trauma-informed care
- Comfortable using telehealth and in-person modalities
