Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Bronx, NY. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care. Some work from home is acceptable to provide flexibility.
Qualifications
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience in Care Coordination and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Patient Care skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Skilled with electronic health record system
- Experience with Excel
- Associate's or Bachelors degree in a related field
