About Job
The Community Liaison will be responsible for driving client enrollment by promoting our services in the community and building strong referral relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing for an Adult Day Care or a similar healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, social workers, senior centers, and community organizations
- Represent the facility at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate and conduct tours of the facility for potential clients and their families
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a database of contacts, referrals, and outreach activities
- Collaborate with the internal team on marketing and promotional materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing for an Adult Day Care or similar healthcare service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach goals
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally as needed
- Passion for helping seniors and individuals with special needs
