A mid-sized Buffalo law firm is looking to hire a tech-savvy Intake Coordinator on a full-time basis.

This role focuses on ensuring new clients are accurately and efficiently added to various relevant systems.

Essential duties:

• Accurately input client information into various systems, ensuring data integrity
• Verify information for accuracy by cross-checking with source documents and resolving any discrepancies
• Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with Legal Assistants to gather required information and streamline information collection processes
• Generate reports as needed for management review and operational planning
• Collaborate with Librarian to idnetify opportunities for process automation and enhanced data accuracy
• Recommend changes to data input workflows to improve efficiency

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail that are crucial for data input
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts or matters at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software and billing systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
