About Job
Want to work with children? Make a large difference not only in their lives, but also in their family's lives? Want to see them grow and develop right before your eyes?
Most importantly, do you want to have fun while working?
Applied Behavior and Learning Consultants is the place for you! We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our quickly growing ABA team, which provides one-on-one services to children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. Services are provided in the homes, where we use play-based interventions, and can address behaviors as they naturally occur. The best part is that we are also helping the families learn and grow with their child. Clients programs are all indivailived to their needs and abilities. All BTs and RBTs are supervised in person by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who are there not only to oversee the case but also to help you grow professionally.
Current positions start out as part-time, and all have the opportunity to grow into full-time with flexible schedules over time. If you do not have the RBT certificate, do not worry, we will provide both the coursework and in-person training on a fast track to get you certified. You will also be compensated for your time.
