Connections Family and Behavioral Services works with children and adults with Autism Spectrum, ADHD, developmental diagnoses and other similar diagnoses supporting their mental health needs. We are neurodiversity-affirming. We provide individual, family and group therapy in person and online. Insurance credentialling, client inquiries, and billing are managed by our administrative team.

Key responsibilities:

· Part time is 13+ client hours weekly

· Full time is 22+ client hours weekly

*full time eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision insurances

· Utilize Connections methods and modalities (RDI, DBT, CBT, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions etc)

· In office sessions if hired for in person position (all positions likely to include some virtual)

· Paid administrative time

· Paid meetings

· Work independently

Skills and Experience

· Must be registered or imminently able to register with BBS as licensed therapist

· Bilingual is a plus/ bilingual pay bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 – 25 per week
