Advanceable ABA is looking for passionate and dedicated RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders. Join our team and make a daily impact on their development while growing your career!
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Provide 1:1 behavior therapy
Track client progress and maintain accurate data
Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and clients
Adapt sessions based on client needs and BCBA feedback
Qualifications & Experience:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred)
Strong communication and listening skills
Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability
Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
Reliable transportation
License & Schedule:
Driver’s License (required)
Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)
Monday to Friday, after-school hours
Expected hours: 15–25 per week
Willingness to travel: 100%
