Comprehensive Autism Center specializes in providing ABA-based intervention for preschool-aged children, offering both Center-based and Home-based services. Whether you’re working in our fun, collaborative center environment or providing in-home therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with children and families in a variety of settings.

Providing both center and home-based services means that our BCBAs can connect with clients in the most effective ways possible, ensuring flexibility and the opportunity for meaningful interactions. Core Responsibilites:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in parent training, data collection, and goal development.

Pay: $83,000-$85,000 + Sign On Bonus + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
