At our Pinellas Clinic in Clearwater, you’ll join a close-knit team with onsite support, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities to explore different therapy formats in a modern, well-equipped environment.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in our clinic-based setting in Pinellas County. You’ll deliver direct ABA therapy to children and teens with autism, ADHD, and related diagnoses. This role offers structure, variety, and a collaborative setting where you’ll learn and grow every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
  • Provide 1:1 therapy in our clinic setting, with possible opportunities for school and home cases
  • Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress
  • Support generalization of skills in naturalistic teaching formats
  • Participate in RBT group supervision and training
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals for coordinated care
  • Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality at all times

  • Current RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months—we’ll support you!)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
