The Health Care Coordinator will manage all medical and follow-up services of those concerning the implementation and improvement to the participants individual plan goals. The HCC is responsible for scheduling the residents medical and/or dental services. The HCC will provide support for families in their efforts to obtain insurance assistance for prescriptions and procedures after they have exhausted all avenues. The HCC will help train all house staff on proper medication administration.
