Job Summary
Special Kids Care, one of the leading providers of skilled pediatric home care, is seeking a RN to serve as a Clinical Care Manager for clients in In the Greater Houston Area.

The Clinical Care Manager gathers required documentation for authorizations for service and provides supervision of the clinical care being provided by the Field Staff personnel. Activities of this job include patient visits, virtual and in person Nursing recruitment and onboarding activities, participation in QA activities and Educational inservices and help maintain the provision of the nursing services to our Pediatric and Long term services clients. Experience with Pediatric Acute care and or Home Health preferred.
