Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule: 25–30 hours per week
Compensation: $156,000 – $187,000 annually (based on clinical hours)

About Us:

We are a clinician-focused mental health practice specializing exclusively in workers’ compensation cases throughout California. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting our psychologists with flexible scheduling, admin support, and a consistent caseload — all in a fully remote setting.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a California-licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and values the autonomy of remote work while maintaining a commitment to clinical excellence.

All referrals are related to workers’ compensation, including psychological evaluations and therapy. Cases are pre-authorized, leading to minimal no-shows and a stable, consistent caseload.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote position — work from anywhere in California
  • Steady referral stream with 25–30 patients per week
  • Competitive compensation: $156K–$187K annually
  • Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance
  • Administrative support — no billing, marketing, or scheduling responsibilities
  • Efficient documentation workflows and helpful clinical team
  • Long-term contracting opportunities available

Requirements:

  • Active California license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must have a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number)
  • Must carry professional liability insurance
  • Ability to commit to 25–30 clinical hours per week
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience with workers’ compensation or forensic evaluations is a plus
  • Spanish or Chinese language proficiency is highly encouraged

If you're a dedicated clinician looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and join a team that values your expertise, respects your autonomy, and supports your success.
