Job Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors
- Assist with the management of challenging behaviors and crisis situations
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals with ASD
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to collect data effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Please note that this position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
